Description:

This family house with five well attended small apartments ,is situated in a quite and perfect location ,very closed to the centre of Parga and only a stone's through from Kryoneri beach and  only  50 meters from Piso Kryoneri beach (The smallest beach of Parga).

There the lovely boulevard starts ,which after the Kryoneri beach runs bowl-shaped around the little harbour ,with restaurants ,outdoor cafes, shops, supermarkets and bakeries.

Despite the central location ,the House is quietly hidden in a small garden with lemon trees.

On Ground floor, there are two bigger Apartments for 2/3 persons each  with balconies overlooking the garden  and above ,on upper floor, with magnificent sea view across the bay , are situated the two smaller apartments (each for 2 persons). The fifth 2 person's Apartments is also situated on upper floor at the backside with two balconies with views to the gardens.

All five Studios offer a double bed and the two bigger ones (On the ground floor) become suitable for a third person (Child or Adult) by a convertible bench (Bed). Likewise they all have private facilities (Shower and W.C.), and a separate spacious kitchen with dining table, equipped with hot plate, refrigerator, water boiler, pans and elementary kitchen ware. Also all Studios offer air-conditioning and safe box.

The Studios are cleaned twice per week and also the change of bed linen and bathroom towels is twice per week.

Breakfast will be served in Terra Bar ,in the sea front at the boulevard, 250 meters from the apartments.

This family House is an absolute must for a pleasant, relaxed and perfect Holiday.
