 This new Built (In 2013)Villa ,is a Family House, situated in Valtos area and  in a quite spot with gardens and swimming pool and with a high class accommodation. Within a couple of   minutes  walk (on feet) OR 1 minute distance (by car) from the beautiful and sandy Valtos beach.

Guests can enjoy the stay in this Villa, away from the daily stress, in a green environment surrounded by olive groves. The newly-built accommodation with 8 Studios, is five minutes away (by car) from the centre of the beautiful and picturesque town of Parga (1, 5 kilometer) and 800 meters from sandy and beautiful Valtos beach. You can start your day by enjoying your breakfast by the pool bar or unwind with a drink at night. The 8 Studios embrace harmony and taste, so that you can have a pleasant stay and enjoy moments of unrivaled relaxation.The studios are double or twin bedded (3rd bed on request, subject to availability) with a small kitchen area for preparing drinks and snacks, it has a one large and one small hot plate and a fridge. All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen TV, safety box and private balconies with views over the olive groves and the Ali Pasha and Venetian castles. Also Wi-Fi is available.
