Description:

 This new built family resort ,built in Parga (In quiet area) ,offer a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

Only a few minute walk from the historical centre of Parga and from the two beaches of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach), is a perfect and ideal accommodation for all kind of guests.

In this small family resort  there are 3 different types of accommodation. There are 3 Studios (One  one second floor of 25 square meters, another Studio on Ground floor of 35 square meters and one on first floor of 43 square meters). Each Studio can sleep up to 3 persons.

Also there are two maisonette style apartments (both on first floor and  around 48 square meters each), each one can sleep a family 4 persons and consists of a separate bedroom upstairs (with a double bed) and down is the  well furnished kitchen with the bathroom and with one sofa semi double bed and an extra sofa bed.

The only one apartment of 50 square meters ,is situated between ground and first floor and is ideal for a family of 4 persons ,two couples or even for 4 adults and offer two separate bedrooms (One with a double bed) and the other bedroom offer a one sofa double bed or two single  sofa beds.

All Studios, maisonette style apartment and also the Apartment with two separate bedrooms offer ,kitchen, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box ,hair dryer, water freezer and private balcony.

The accommodation offer as well a  small nice garden and private parking place.
