Description:

 This new built family resort ,built in Parga (In quiet area) ,offer a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

Only a few minute walk from the historical centre of Parga and from the two beaches of Parga (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach), is a perfect and ideal accommodation for all kind of guests.

In this small family resort  there are 5 different types of accommodation. There are 3 Studios (One Studio on second floor for 2 persons , another Studio on Ground floor for 2 persons and the SUPERIOR STUDIO  on first floor of 43 square meters for 2/3 persons). Studios can sleep up to  2 persons and ONLY  the Superior is for 2/3 persons. Each Studio offer ,bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television

Also there are two Maisonette style apartments (both on first floor and  around 48 square meters each), each one can sleep a family 4 persons and consists of a separate bedroom upstairs (with a double bed) and downstairs there is a well furnished kitchen with the bathroom and with one sofa semi double bed and an extra sofa bed. Maisonette can sleep a family up to 4 persons.

Also there are two, (1 bedroom apartments) for a family of 3/4 persons and each one bedroom apartment consists of ,one separate bedroom for the couple and a separate kitchen/living room with the extra beds for one or two children. Also each 1 bedroom apartment offer private bathroom, air-conditioning, television and private balcony.

The only one, 2 bedrooms apartment of ( 50 square meters) ,is situated between ground and first floor and is ideal for a family of 4 persons ,two couples or even for 4 adults and offer two separate bedrooms (One with a double bed) and the other bedroom offer one sofa double bed or two single  sofa beds.

All Studios, Maisonette style apartments, 1 bedroom apartment and the only one  2 Bedroom Apartment (with two separate bedrooms offer) ,kitchen, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box ,hair dryer, water freezer and private balcony.

The accommodation offer as well a  small nice garden and private parking place.
