Description:

This family House is situated close to the centre of Parga in a quiet area and a few minutes walk from the beach of Kryoneri (the town beach) and Piso Kryoneri beach and a few minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants .

This small family accommodation ,offer 4 Studios and since 2011 a large family apartment.

Each Studio offer a bedroom with 2/3/4 beds , kitchenette, private bathroom, private balcony , air-conditioning and television. All Studios have been built and retained to a high standard. All Studios can sleep ideally two or three persons or even a family of 2 adults with 2 small children.

The new built (in 2011) large family apartment offer, two separate bedrooms, a separate full furnished kitchen, a separate living room, two bathrooms, private balcony and it is ideal for 4/5 persons (two couples or four friends or a family of 5 persons)

All Studios and the Only one newly built family apartment are recommended for guests who prefer a quite place close to the centre of Parga and with a high standard of accommodation.

There is also a parking place for the cars (which is very important, for those they are coming in Parga with their own car)
