Description:

 This  Beautiful and peaceful Villa ,with swimming pool, is situated just 950 meters away from the centre of Parga (8/9 minutes walk) and 750 meters way from Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach (6/7 minutes walk). The House offer a very beautiful garden with a lot of flowers and trees and also parking place for the cars. The bigger  Swimming Pool is for Adults but there is also next  one smaller  for small children.

From the 10 small apartments for 2012 are Available Only the 5 small apartments and each small apartment is ideal for 2/3 persons.

Each small apartment offer a separate bedroom (with a double ,or two single beds inside) and  a sofa third bed  for a child and  a separate kitchenette with a small table to eat in it. Each small Apartment offer a private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box and private balcony or Veranda.

There is also a small playground for children in the beautiful large garden with trees and flowers and also a private parking  place for the cars  .

Ideal Place for Holidays and for Guests they prefer to stay just outside the centre of Parga (few minute walk) ,in a quiet place with big nice gardens and also with swimming Pool.
