Those Studios and apartments are situated in a quiet area, only 30 metres from the central beach of Parga (Kryoneri beach) and only 50 metres from the historical centre of Parga. All studios and rooms offer private balconies with beautiful sea views and fully equipped kitchenettes (ONLY the Studios offer)   private bathrooms, air conditioning and television .  Some Studios (With kitchenette) have a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and  can accommodate 3 persons and are ideal for guests and  families who prefer to stay near the sea and the centre of Parga.

This accommodation offer, also some rooms (without kitchenette) and only with refrigerator and only for two persons. The Big family apartment (Only one) consists of two separate bedrooms ,kitchen, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television and balcony with sea view and can sleep up to 5 persons.

All accommodation offer private facilities, air-conditioning, television  and balconies with sea view.

There is  offer also a private parking place (which is very important for Guests ,they are co mining with their own car).
