This brand new and  perfectly situated Villas ,offer an astonished sea view over the famous (Kathisma beach) in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas island.

This small ,family resort with fantastic Sea views offer a large swimming pool ,One for adults and  one for children )and it is an Ideal place for a small group of friends or  families or even couples. This small family resort Offer  ONLY 2 Houses Villas. One is situated on First floor and the other on low floor and each one can sleep up to 6 persons ( 3 couples of a family of 6 and even 6 friends .

Each House/Villa is around 80 square meters and offer two separate bedrooms, (Each with a double bed ), one separate full equipped kitchen and living room (with one or two extra beds, where can sleep two children or even a couple) 1 W.C  with bathroom and the second W.C. Bathroom with hydro massage.

Each Villa offers large balconies, verandas with beautiful sea views.
