Description:

Those Studios and Apartment are situated in Valtos area and approximately 400 meters from Valtos beach and 1.200 meters from the centre of Parga.

They offer a nice garden with trees and flowers  and a lot of green and also private parking place. Nearby ,approximately 70 meters, there is a swimming pool (with Pool Bar and a small restaurant) open to all guests.

On low floor ,there are two Studios (for 2/3 persons, each) with bedroom, kitchenette, air-conditioning, television and with verandas and Patio. On first floor ,is situated, the large apartment for 4-6 persons and consists of two separate bedrooms (One bedroom offer a double bed and the other offer 2/3 single beds), a separate and  fully furnished kitchen  with living room with an extra bed inside ,a bathroom, air-conditioning, television and two  large balconies.

On the second floor there are two more Studios for 2 persons each with a bedroom (with a double bed, for a couple) ,with kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning ,television and private balcony.

Studios and Apartment are situated in a quiet area and in the surroundings(30-100 meters), there are Mini Markets, shops, Tavernas and  small family restaurants.
