Kostira's house (Exclusive apartments) is very well cared for, attractive accommodation,with very high standards. It is highly recommended for those who are looking for something special in the centre of Parga and not too far from the beaches, but it is also in a peaceful situation.

Kostira's house consists of 3 spacious apartments for 4 persons each of 70 m2 and every apartment has two separate bedrooms, separate and fully equipped kitchen with dining room and livingroom with dining table, a bathroom (with bath) and large private balcony or verandah. Especially the Top Apartment offers a nice view. The other two apartments offer large Balcony and large Patio with gardens.

There is also one smaller apartment for 2 persons of 35 m2, also with one separate bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen/living room private bathroom (with bath) and private balcony.

All apartments offer air-conditioning,Satellite television, Hair dryer, safe boxes and are apartments of high specifications and exclusive apartments.
