 This House, very well cared, offer large attractive apartments ,with very high standards. It is highly recommended for those who are looking for something special close  the centre of Parga and not too far from the beaches, but also for something  in a peaceful location.

The house offer of  3 spacious apartments  for (4 persons each) and each apartment is approximately of 80 m2 and every apartment offer two separate bedrooms, separate and fully equipped kitchen with living room and with dining table and chairs to eat inside, a private bathroom (with bath) and large private balcony or verandah. Especially the Top Apartment  offers a nice view. The other two apartments offer  large Balcony and  large Patio with gardens. One apartment is situated on ground floor (with a small garden in the front and it is Ideal for 4 adults, two couples of 4 friends and even for persons with disabilities.

The second apartment in situated on first floor and it is Ideal for 4 adults, two couples of 4 friends and the third apartment is situated of second floor and ideal for a family of 4 or two couples or 4 friends.

There is  also one smaller apartment for 2 persons of 45 m2, also with one separate bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen/living room private bathroom (with bath) and private balcony.

All apartments offer air-conditioning,Satellite television, Hair dryer, safe boxes   and are apartments of high specifications and exclusive apartments.
