 These nice and Full renovated ( In 2015)House,offers 10 Studios .The most of the Studios can sleep for 2 persons,Studio Double or Studio Twin(with 2 single beds), and ONLY 2 Studios becomes  Triple or Quadruple.The quadruple Studio is ONLY for a family X 4 with 2 adults and two small children (as the fourth bed is a sofa bed for a child).

 The House offers  a High standard accommodation,situated in Parga,very close to the centre (Walking distance),and the  distance from two beaches of Parga (Kryonerι & Piso Kryoneri becah) is ONLY 200 meters  away.Guestas can also go walking to beautiful and large (Valtos beach) ,behind the Venetian castle,in 10 miunure by feet but there is a hill going up and a down hill goining down.Each Studio offers a bedroom(with a double ) or 2 single beds,kitchenette,private bathroom,air-conditioning,television,hair dryer,Internet Wi-Fi and balcony.The House is a family run accommodation with a friendly ambient and owners  whoa are very frindly and nice persons.

It is an Ideal accommodation ,with private parking for the cars,close to the centre of Parga and close to the becahes. Only 50 meters away,there are restuarants ,Caffes,Shops,Supermarkets and within walking distance is the port and the promonade of Parga,(where are all the bars with alive music and night life).Ideal accommodation  for relaxing Holidays and for guests they prefer to stay ner by near by the center and NOT to use the car at all.
