Description:

 This Apartment is recently built, in July 2008 ,in a quite spot of Parga and in the castle area. This large family apartment (around 100 square meters) offer high standards and it is a perfect place for Holidays (especially for a large family  of 4/5/6/7 persons or  a group of friends) they prefer to stay all together. It is also  a perfect place  for reunions of or meeting of families or a small group of  friends.

There is (ONLY ONE) and it is situated on a first floor and offer two separate bedrooms (each one with a double bed),  a separate large Fully furnished kitchen with a living room (where there is also another sofa bed), two bathrooms (one with douche and w.c. and the other Only with w.c.), 3 air-conditionings and a satellite television in the kitchen/living room.

Up stairs ,there is also another separate bedroom with two single beds.

The large family apartment offer a large balcony (with seats and tables) ,with a nice mountain view and view  overlooking to Parga. Also there is another smaller balcony, on the other side.

Perfect  spacious Apartment, with high standards, situated  in a quiet area ,highly recommended for Holidays ( especially For Families or group of friends up to 7 persons), within walking distance to (beautiful and well known) Valtos beach and the centre of Parga.
