Description:

Apartments, are situated just outside Parga in a quiet area surrounded by gardens with flowers and palm trees. All 8 apartments are built on the ground floor and are situated on an area of land about 8.000 square meters in size. They all have large verandas and an enormous space for children to play in safety and a play-ground to keep them amused.

5 of the eight apartments are ideal for families with two adults and one or two children. The other 3 apartments are ideal for couples or a family with a small child.

All apartments are 33 square meters each. The 5 family apartments consist of one separate bedroom with two beds, one separate living room with one extra bed (and where there is also space for another extra bed), a separate fully equipped kitchen with two electric rings, small oven and refrigerator, private bathroom, satellite television and veranda with tables and chairs outside.

The other 3 apartments consist of one separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dining table and two electric rings, small oven and refrigerator, private bathroom, satellite television, air-conditioning and veranda with tables and chairs outside.

All apartments offer a spacious garden with several kinds of flowers, plants and trees and also ample private parking.

The distance from the centre of Parga is 1.300 meters and the distance from beautiful Lichnos beach and from the central beach of Parga (Kryoneri beach )is one kilometer.

All 8 apartments have mountain views and views to the beautiful olive groves around.

There is also the possibility to organize a Barbeque outside in the gardens.

We recommend those apartments to all our guests who prefer to spend their holidays in a quiet place, not far from the beaches and Parga centre and which also offers wonderful facilities for children to play safely in the spacious gardens.
