Description: Those new built Studios and Apartments ,are situated centrally in the beautiful village of Anthoussa only 2,5 kilometers away from Parga. This new accommodation, built in 2005, offer a Very High standard of accommodation. There are four large Studios for 2/3 persons or a family of 2 adults and 2/3 small children and a maisonette style apartment for a family of 4/5 persons or two couples. All are very well equipped with all facilities and large Studios are approximately 43 square meters each and each one offers a large bedroom with 3 beds (one double and one single) a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, Air-conditioning, Television and large balcony. The Bigger Apartment (Maisonette style Apartment), can sleep a family of 4/5 persons or 2 couples and the Apartment is approximately 65 square meters and consists of one large separate bedroom with two single beds upstairs and downstairs is the fully furnished kitchen and living room with a double bed. There is also a private bathroom, Air-conditioning, television and large balcony. There is also a private parking . There is also a new built Superior room on the upper floor, with nice views, (Built on 2009) with a bedroom, private bathroom, refrigerator, air-conditioning, television and large balcony. The Room can sleep two persons or a family with one small child. The price for the room is included Breakfast for all season 1/4-31/10. The Breakfast for the 4 studios and the maisonette apartments is offered and is including in the price ONLY for the period from 1/4-30/6 and from 1/9-31/10. For the rest of the season you can order and pay the Breakfast locally in the restaurant. There is also an Internet access (Wi-Fi) for all guests in accommodation. In 50 meters away there are also cafés, mini markets and also a pharmacy (all close the centre of Anthoussa village). Close to Studios and Apartment is the Oasis Traditional Restaurant with excellent food and very competitive prices. |
