Cleaning is on a daily basis and there is private parking available for guests ONLY on request). If you want ,you can book a permanent place for your car in the Parking area (during your holidays) ,at the price of 20 Euro/per week.

Villa Petrou is highly recommended for it's convenient situation close to Parga centre and the beaches and for the high standard of accommodation. Villa Petrou offers private parking place for the guests who are coming with a car or a motorbike and also close to Villa Petrou there is a use of swimming pool, for those they like swimming pool.

The two apartments on the Top floor No 21 (with 2 beds) and No 22 (with 3 beds) are the exclusive with large verandas of 90 square meters.

There is also Available a Studio (with all comforts) with kitchenette inside as a use of Single Studio (For one persons) with 5 Euro less than the normal prices.
