Those 2 beautifull and fantastick Villas,situated in Perigialli village in Lefkas island can offer an ideal holiday for all guests.Perigialli village is situated 17km from Lefkas town, and 700 m from the cosmpopolitan Nidri village. Near the villa one can enjoly lunch/dinner in tavernas and restaurants along the sea side, have access to supermarkets, bakeries, fish and meat market, cafeterias, bars as well as sea sports. In Nidri excursion boats depart for an unforgettable cruise to the nearby isles, Kefalonia-Ithaka. From the villa one can also explore the other side of the island, with the best and famous beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremnoi, Kathisma, Ag.Nikitas, Ag.Yiannis as well as typical traditional villages like Karia in the mainland of the island.Villas are situated in the quiet village of Perigiali, with a breathtaking view, just opposite of the famous Scorpios island of Onassis and just 700 m. from the beautiful beach of Passa and 1 klm from the sandy beach of Nidri. The villas are situated in an unspoiled area near the majestic high mountains covered with wild flowers and herbs olive trees and orange and lemon groves and many pine trees and cypress forests.

Villa Villy 2 Bedrooms,2 Bathrooms (Sleeps Max. 5 persons).This fully air-conditioned villa consists of, on the ground floor, an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area with a magnificent sea view. In the lounge are a sofa, feature fireplace, WiFi, DVD player, free satellite TV, safety deposit box, dining table and chairs. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and sandwich toaster and blender and is fully equipped with all other necessary kitchen equipment. On the ground floor is the twin bedded second bedroom with en-suite toilette and shower room with hairdryer, and has ceiling fan and air-con. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom again (ceiling fan and air-conditioning) with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and hairdryer, private balcony with sea view. Outside is the private swimming pool of 35sq. which overlooks the sea has a patio with 4 chairs, a marble table, sun beds (cushions), umbrellas and a barbecue all surrounded by well stocked gardens. There is parking for 2 cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped leading to a balcony with magnificent views over the sea. On the same floor are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with ceiling fan, double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, while the 2nd has twin beds and en-suite toilette and shower room, both have furnished balconies with sea view. The lower level has a further two bedrooms each with twin beds, en-suite toilette and shower rooms and balconies. There is also a small lounge with sofa and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, sat.TV, DVD, leading to the private swimming pool (40m2) with surrounding patio that has table and chairs where up to 10 people can have their meals. The 40 square metres pool has sun beds with cushions and umbrellas, a barbecue and space for parking. Villa is near the beautiful sandy beach of Passa, Perigiali just 700m.
