Only 300 metres distance from beautiful Valtos beach and 2 kilometers away from the centre of Parga, Villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful garden. The owners of this lovely villa take great care of the property and their guests, who are made to feel very welcome in beautiful surroundings. Villa offer 8 apartments ,each one can sleep 2/3 persons or even a family of 4 persons(2 adults with two small children) and there are 4 apartments situated on the low floor and 4 apartments on the first floor. Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom (with two/three beds) one small separate kitchen (with one single bed or with one stapled bed (up and down for two children) ,with a large bathroom and two balconies (one front and one back) .All apartments are ideal for two-three adults and also for families of 4 persons. Next to the Apartments, on the ground floor there is a detached ,small Villa for a family of 4/5 persons with a separate bedroom (two beds) and the other 2/3 beds are in the separate kitchen (one stapled bed one bed up and one down and another extra fifth bed .The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to a very high standard and all apartments have air conditioning, satellite television, and large balconies overlooking the gardens and the mountains. Cleaning and changing of the bed linen and bath towels (Twice per week). Also this family accommodation offer a private parking for the cars and outside a Barbeque for a common use of all Guests. Nearby this Villa in 300 metres distance, there are restaurants, bars ,cafeterias and Mini markets and also there is a swimming pool for use of all guests. This accommodation is recommended to guests, who enjoy a peaceful holiday near the beautiful beach of Valtos. Also for those they want to go to the centre and to night life it is only few minutes away with the car or twenty minutes walk.
