RosaNea Apartments, are the ideal apartments-Studios for families ,couples and friends and even group of friends .They are located directly behind Villa Rosa Restaurant at the far side of Kryoneri beach. With nearby access to the main road and parking, they are an ideal choice for the independent traveler. Recently renovated, they offer to guests a high standard of accommodation. RosaNea Apartments are situated in a quiet area, only a few minutes walking distance from the historical centre of Parga, the port,

the restaurants, the local taverns and the shops of Parga.

The great advantage of RosaNea Apartments is that they are situated between the two town beaches of Parga (Kryoneri beach and Piso Kryoneri beach. They are only 20 meters away from Kryoneri beach (the central beach of Parga) and only 40 meters away from the Piso Kryoneri beach of Parga (a very picturesque small beach of Parga).

The apartments and Studios are built on two floors (upper floor and ground floor). All apartments and Studios offer Air-conditioning ,Satellite television, safe boxes, kitchenette, private bathroom, private balcony (or private verandas). There is also a private parking place for a maximum of five cars.

On the upper floor there are 4 family apartments, for families consisting of 4 persons. Each one has a separate bedroom ,separate kitchen/ small living room, with one normal bed (for adult or child), a second sofa bed for a child, private bathroom and balcony.

Also on the same floor, there is 1 smaller apartment for a family with 3 persons, with a separate bedroom ,separate kitchenette (with an extra bed).

On the Ground floor there are 5 apartments (all with a separate bedroom and separate kitchenette with an extra bed) for families with 3 persons. There are also 5 Studios for two persons each.
