Description:

 The properties of Santa Marina are just behind the beautiful beach of Agia Marina with its grassy-clear water ,perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Sheltered by the Bay of Moggonissi and overlooking by the ruins of the oldest church on Paxos, at the southern tip of the island approximately 3 kilometres from Gaios center.

Santa Marina ,built entirely of local stone, the properties consist of two fantastic new luxury Villas, one family sized apartment and two generously one bed-room apartments.

The two Poseidon Luxury Villas can sleep up to 5 persons and each Villa consists of a Spacious sitting room with Patio doors to large Balcony and staircase to mezzanine reading room ,extra bedroom ,one extensively equipped modern kitchen, dining room, one twin bedroom, one luxury bathroom with Hydro-Spa ,one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Patio doors to Balcony .There is also Available Satellite television and air-conditioning.

The Persephone Family Apartment can sleep 2-3 persons and consists of a large sitting/dining  area with Bar separating kitchen, one double bed, one family sized bathroom and large Patio surrounded by gardens.

The two Aphrodite Apartments are spacious and each can sleep two persons and each one consists of a spacious sitting/dining kitchen area ,one large bathroom, one twin bedroom, shared Patio area surrounded by gardens. Air conditioning is Available.

Santa Marina properties are set in 7.000 square meters of private land and surrounded by mature gardens. A small vineyard in the grounds offer sanctuary to the owner's doves-their gentle song the only sound to ruffle the air. All the properties enjoy the sole use of a beautiful fresh water swimming pool, its elevated position affording stunning views over both the East and West coat of the island. Once again walled and paved in local stone, the pool area features a spacious surround with plenty of sun-loungers, a bar offering drinks and snacks, a barbeque and traditional clay over with its dining area and showers. The properties are reached via a private driveway from the quiet coastal track to Moggonissi, with off-road parking. We recommend car  or boat hire with these properties.
