Description: Newly built ,in July 2006 and to very high specifications, this accommodation is situated only 70 meters from the beach (Kryoneri and Piso Kryoneri beach) and 200 meters from the historical center of Parga. Here, there are three different kinds of accommodation, all with very high standards and all with Air-conditioning, Satellite television, Hair Dryer, Safe box, large balconies and private parking place. Studio No 1 is approximately 28 square meters and can sleep up to 3 persons(2 adults with one child). It consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be a double bed), an extra bed for a child, a fully furnished kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony Apartment No 2 is approximately 33 square meters and can sleep a family of two adults and one or two small children. It consists of one separate bedroom with 2 singe beds (can be a double bed), a separate fully furnished kitchen with an extra sofa double bed for one or two small children, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony. The big apartment No 3, is approximately 58 square meters and can sleep up to 4 persons or a family with two adults and two children. It consists of one separate bedroom with 2 singe beds (can be a double bed), separate fully furnished kitchen, separate living room with an extra double sofa bed for children or for another couple, and a private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony. This accommodation is specially recommended for those who wish something with high standards, very close to the beach and to the centre of Parga and all of it's amenities. Since 2010 will be Available (on Ground floor) another 3 new built apartments with a separate bedroom, separate kitchen and all facilities such as, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box, hair dryer and large balcony and with High standards and each one can sleep up to 3 persons. |
