 This Brand new built Villa (situated in a quiet area of Parga) and only  five minutes walk from the centre of Parga and the beaches of Parga, offer a High standard of accommodation in a family environment.

The two family apartments (for 4/5 persons, each) and  1 Studio (for 2/3 persons) are ideal for those they prefer something nice in a quite area  with high standards and all comforts.

 Both Apartments are ideal for families and Studio for a  couple or for a a couple with one child. One large apartment and the Studio are situated on the upper floor (second floor) and the other large family apartment in situated on ground floor.

Each large and beautiful family apartment (approximately 70 square meters each), consists of two separate bedrooms (both with double beds) a separate full furnished kitchen  with dining table and large living room with an extra sofa bed (for a fifth person) inside, one private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, large balcony or large veranda.

The Studio( nearly 40 square meters), situated on the upper floor (second last floor), offer a large  bedroom, with one double bed and a sofa single bed ,kitchenette, air-conditioning, television and very large balcony .

 The House offer also a parking place for the cars.

On the first (Middle floor) are living the owners and in this accommodation you will find a family ambient.
