Description:

 This House is very popular with visitors who return here year after year because of its situation (in the castle area), very near to  the centre of Parga and to the wonderful beach of Valtos.  Visitors also appreciate the kindly service of the resident owners, who try to take great care of their guests.  The studios and apartments have daily cleaning and they are very well appointed both inside and outside,  with each apartment/Studio  having air-conditioning, satellite television and furnished balconies.  In total, there are two studios for 2 persons, one small apartment for 4 persons  and 3 large apartment.

The Ground Floor ,family Large Apartment, offers two separate bedrooms one bedroom with a double and a single bed and the other bedroom with three single beds), separate living room and kitchen and two bathrooms.  There is a good sized verandah/patio with flowers and shrubs.

This apartment can sleep up to 6 persons.

Next to this large family apartment, there is another smaller apartment with a separate bedroom (with 3 single beds inside and the kitchenette and the bathroom) and separate there is another small room with one single bed.

This small apartment can sleep up to 4 persons.

The First Floor ,family Apartment, offers, as well, two separate bedrooms, separate kitchen/living room (with a double sofa bed inside) one bathroom, air-Conditioning, television and balcony with nice views to Parga, to the olive groves and also to the see. This apartment can sleep up to 5 persons.

The House offer also another new built with High standards apartment (Built in 2008) (called TZAMI APARTMENT), close to the castle of Parga( and this  apartment has one separate bedroom, with a double bed and another single bed inside, a separate full furnished  kitchen (with a  double or Single sofa bed), private bathroom and balcony with nice sea view  and can sleep 4/5  persons.

On the second floor there are two Studios next to each other, one with 2 beds and the other with 3 beds each. Those two studios offer balconies with nice and beautiful views over Parga and the mountains of Parga and also to the olive Groves.

All Studios and Apartments offer Air-conditioning and Satellite television with several channels (German channels, Italian channels, English channels e.c.t.)

This accommodation is recommended for it's very central situation and for the care and attention paid to visitors by the owners.
