This accommodation,fully renovated , is situated directly on the beach (only 10 meters away)perfect solution for guests they prefer to be close to the centre and few meters from the beach. All  Studios offer private facilities, kitchen, air-conditioning, satellite television, Hair Dryer, telephone and private balcony/veranda with  beautiful sea view and are situated above of Kryoneri beach(few meters away) and only 100 meters from the centre of Parga.The  2 STUDIOS  N0 4  N0 5  (on first floor) offer a High class accommodation  with a balcony with sea views. Studio  N0 5 is for 2 persons and offer a bedroom(with dοuble bed ),kitchenette ,air-conditioning ,satellite television, telephone, Hair Dryer, private bathroom and balcony with sea views.Τhe Other larger Studio N0 4 is for a family of  2/3 persons (with 2 adults and 1 child) with one double bed and one extra sofa bed with,kitchenette,private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, Hair Dryer and balcony with sea view.

Studios Number 2,Studio N0 3 and Studio N0 7  are Studios with high standards (each Studio for two persons).Each Studio offers bedroom(With a double bed),kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, Hair Dryer  and also balcony with sea view .

On the Top floor there is  the family apartment N0 1,with the balcony with  beautiful sea view, for a family of two adults and one or two children with a separate bedroom ,separate kitchen with the extra beds, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, hair dryer, safe box and Jacuzzi/Shower.

The newely built Studio (In 2012)Studio  N0 6 (for 3 persons)  with Side sea view  offer, bedroom(with a double plus the extra sofa bed for a child), kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, hair dryer.The Number 6 is a Triple Studio ideal for a family X 3 persons.

Breakfast is upon request and you can order and pay directly to the owner.

Also the House offers Internet Wi-Fi and as it is situated in centre of Parga above Kryoneri beach(with fantastic sea views),for those they come with their car ,thay can park the car on the side of the road OR in a private parking (Only 50 meters away) paying the parking extra and localy.
