Description:

This beautiful new built (in 2003), family accommodation with Swimming pool and Jacuzzi offer high standards and all Studios and family apartments are spacious. It is situated in a very peaceful area of Valtos Beach. The recently built Studios and Apartments, can accommodate couples, families, friends.

There are Available Only 3 Studios, (each can sleep 2/3 persons) and each Studio consists of a bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette (in the same space) and a large balcony. Also, there are three family apartments Available, for 4-5 persons and each apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, fully equipped separate kitchen and large balcony. All Studios and apartments offer private bathroom, Satellite TV, large balcony and air-conditioning (which is NOT included in the price ). For those they want to use the air-conditioning they will pay locally (5 Euro/day). Outside there is a garden and spacious patio and parking area. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi (Built in 2007) are for Adults and there is also a small swimming pool for children .Also from 2007 offer a Pool-Snack bar for drinks and food and also you can have Breakfast ( Not included in the price, Extra to pay).

Continental Breakfast costs 5 Euro/person/day (You can order locally).

English Breakfast costs 7 Euro/person/day (You can order locally).

Children from 0-5 years old accommodate with the parents in Studio or Apartment are (FREE, Only one bed).

From 5 years and then Extra bed costs 10 Euro/night.
