Description:

Villa Niki is newly built in a quiet area of Parga above Kryoneri beach on the hill called Lithitsa. All four Apartments, situated on the third floor, are of a very high standard and with fantastic sea views.

The four apartments are ideal for 2-5 persons and each apartment (which is 37 square meters) has a separate large bedroom, a separate, fully equipped kitchen/living room (with extra beds), private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television and a big balcony with a beautiful sea view.

One of the four apartments has an adjoining bedroom (with private bathroom), which can be booked along with the apartment and is then suitable for a family group (or a group of friends) for up to 8 persons.

A baby cot can be provided (free of charge), which guests can ask for when they are booking.

In Villa Niki there are also 6 Studios all with beautiful sea views on the first and second floor (with 2 or 3 beds) and each Studio has a bedroom with a kitchenette, private bathroom, television, ceiling fan, safe box and a balcony (9 square meters) with a fantastic sea view. Each Studio is 25 square meters and all have AIR-CONDITIONING.

A beautiful garden of flowers and shrubs surrounds the villa and there are lovely spots in the garden with tables and chairs where guests can sit out and enjoy the ambiance and views.

There is also a washing machine which the guests can use after 20.00hrs and private parking is also available. Villa Niki offers a daily cleaning service.

Walking distance from Kryoneri beach and from the centre of Parga is 300 meters.

This is beautiful, well cared for, family run, accommodation, with the added bonus of each apartment and each Studio having lovely big balconies with sea views.
