Description:

This resort is newly built in a quiet area of Parga above Kryoneri beach on the hill called Lithitsa. All Studios and the family apartments offer beautiful sea views.

The four family Apartments, are situated on the third floor with high standards and with fantastic sea views and are ideal for families with 2/3/4 persons and each apartment (of 37 square meters) offer a separate large bedroom (with a double bed), a separate, fully equipped kitchen/living room (with the extra beds), private bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, safe box ,hair dryer and a big balcony with fantastic sea view.

In Villa Niki there are also 6 Studios all with beautiful sea views on the first and second floor (with 2 or 3 beds) for couples or a couple with a child (Not for 3 adults) and each Studio has a bedroom with a kitchenette, private bathroom, television, ceiling fan, safe box, hair dryer and a balcony (9 square meters) with a fantastic sea view. Each Studio is approximately 25 square meters.

A baby cot can be provided (free of charge), when guests will ask in Advance.

A beautiful garden of flowers and shrubs surrounds the villa and there are lovely spots in the garden with tables and chairs where guests can sit out and enjoy the ambiance and views.

Private parking is also available. Villa Niki offers a daily cleaning service.

Walking distance from Kryoneri beach and from the centre of Parga is 300 meters.

This is beautiful, well cared and a family run, accommodation, built on a small hill (there is a small hill a couple of minutes walk to go up) with the added bonus of each apartment and each Studio having lovely big balconies with sea views.
