Description:

 This Villa with Swimming Pool,is located in the area of Valtos in Parga (quiet area) in an enchanted  area of 4.000 square meters full of flowers and trees. It is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Valtos beach(7 minutes or 550 meters) , and approximately  one and   a half kilometer from the centre of Parga. This Villa  offer 5 Studios and 2 family apartments. Each Studio have a bedroom with the kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box, private balcony or veranda and can sleep up to 3 persons. The two family apartments have two separate bedrooms, with a separate kitchen, a private bathroom,  air-conditioning, television, safe box, private balcony or veranda and can sleep up to 5 persons.

Also there is an Internet access (Wi-Fi) for those they wish to use the Internet and also the House offer a private parking and since 2010 also SWIMMING POOL. Here you will find a very friendly ambient.

All beds and furniture are brand new, as the Villa is been renovated in 2010.

Very close you can find mini market, snack bar with pool and restaurant.

It is recommended to all guests they prefer something quiet and for those they like the green the gardens and the flowers.
