 This Villa, is an exclusive Indipended Villa situated only a few meters away from beautiful, sandy Lichnos beach.  The villa is situated in a tranquil area,  2,5 kilometers from the centre of Parga and it is ideal for guests who prefer to be away from the centre in peaceful surroundings and to have an Indipended Villa (Only for themselves).   It is extremely  comfortable accommodation with high standards, gardens, common barbeque facilities  big terraces outside  with side sea views .

Villa, consists of 2 apartments both on the ground floor.

The large apartment (of  60 square meters) on the ground floor consists of two separate bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two  single beds) a separate full furnished kitchen/living room ,private bathroom and  verandas with access to the gardens and also side sea views.

This large apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (Family of 4 or two couples or 4 adults).

The smaller apartment (of  50 square meters), situated also on the ground floor, offer one separate bedroom (with two single beds or double bed), a separate full furnished kitchen/living room with an extra sofa double  bed for an adult or two small  children (TILL 10 YEARS OLD ,if they can sleep in one double sofa bed), a private bathroom  and  verandas with access to the gardens and side sea views.

Villa is an  ideal accommodation for those they are looking for something quiet, close to the beach and far for the motion.
