 This Villa, is an exclusive Indipended Villa situated only a few meters away from beautiful, sandy Lichnos beach.  The villa is situated in a tranquil area,  2,5 kilometers from the centre of Parga and it is ideal for guests who prefer to be away from the centre in peaceful surroundings and to have an Indipended Villa (Only for themselves).   It is extremely  comfortable accommodation with high standards, gardens, common barbeque facilities  big terraces outside  with side sea views .

Villa, consists of 2 apartments both on the ground floor.

The large apartment (of  60 square meters) on the ground floor consists of two separate bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two  single beds but can become also a double bed, if you put the two beds together), a separate full furnished kitchen ,private bathroom, television and large and comfortable patio, verandas with access to the gardens and also with side sea views.

This large apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (Family of 4 or two couples or 4 adults).

The smaller apartment (of  50 square meters), situated also on the ground floor, offer one separate bedroom (with two single beds but can become also a double bed), a separate full furnished kitchen with an extra sofa large and comfortable  bed for one person (Adult or child), television ,private bathroom,  and large and very comfortable patio, verandas with access to the gardens and side sea views.

Villa is an  ideal accommodation for those they are looking for something different, something quiet and Indipended and very close to the beach.

Also is Ideal for two friendly families (next to each other) and they will be Indipended in this family Villa with very friendly owners.

As the two apartments are fresh, there is NO need for air-conditioning.
