This Villa ,Fully renovated recently last year  and only 450 meters( few  minutes walk from the centre  of Parga offer ,Mini Apaertments(with seperate kitchenettes) X 2  and 3 persons and  ONLY 2 family  apartment are for 4 persons.Mini Apartments and Family  apartments are situated on upper and ground floor.On Upper floor there is the 1 large(two bedroom apartment) for 4 persons and 3 Mini (one bedroom apartments) , 2 of them can sleep  2 persons and Only 1 Mini apartment can sleep a family x 3 persons(with an extra bed in the room for a small child till 12 years old).One of the Mini -one bedroom apartment for 2 persones offer also Sea views in the far end.

On ground floor(just in the front of the Gardens),is  situated the  other large(two bedroom apartment) for 4 persons and 1 Mini (one bedroom apartment) for 2 persons or for  a family of 3 persons or even for 3 adutls.

All Mini 1 bedroom Apartments are ideal for 2 or 3 persons,well cared and offer a seperate bedroom (with a double bed)  a separate kitchenette, private bathroom,Hair dryer, air-conditioning, television, and balcony or Veranda and Internet Wi-Fi.There are  Only 3 small Μινι 1 bedroom apartments for 2 persons each  and 2 Mini  (One bedroom apartments)for 3 persons(Family X 3) or even 3 adults Only on the  ground floor Mini 1 bedroom apartment.

The 2 (Two bedroom apartments) One situated on upper floor and the other on Ground floor (Both are for 4 persons) and offer two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds),separate kitchen, private bathroom, Hair dryer,air-conditioning, television,Internet Wi-Fi  and   balcony  or terrace with tables and chairs.   

The Large ground floor apartment  is Ideal for a family of 4 but also for two couples .Offer two seperate  bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds and if you put them toghether can be a double bed),Seperate kitchenette and private bathroom and   balcony with views to the green and olive olives.

The other Large (two bedroom apartment) on Upper floor,is Ideal for a family X 4 and offers (2 seperate bedrooms,One with a double bed and the other with 2 single bed for 2 children),separate kitchen, private bathroom terrace with tables and chairs in the front in the beautifull  large Garden. Both the 2 (Two bedroom apartments offers as well, air-conditioning,Hair Dryer, television  and Internet Wi-Fi.

The Villa  offer a  large and Unic nice garden  with several flowers and trees and  a lot of spaces outside for parking .Also  in the gardens there are tables and chairs,where guests can sit and enjoy the Hospitality of the Owners and also the nice ambient  of the gardens below trees and among flowers.You will feel very relaxing under Palm trees, and with the beautiful flowers arround you. The Villa Offer also private parking.  

This Villa is Ideal for those they prefer a comfort accommodation with a lot of green, trees, flowers and a lot of outside places and gardens.
