Description:

 These well cared Studios, are situated very close the centre of Parga and to the beaches (Within walking distances ) and in a quiet  and unspoiled location of Parga .

5 Studios are situated on first floor ( only one of them can sleep a family of 3 persons ) and the other four  Studios can sleep two persons.

All Studios offer a bedroom with the separate kitchenette, private  bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and private balcony.

On ground floor (With the large yard, large common garden ) there are also 3 newly built Studios (on 2008) with all comforts (air-conditioning, television, safe box, private bathroom, veranda outside. One Studio (30 square meters) can sleep two persons, the second Studio (of 35 square meters) can sleep  a couple with a child and the third Studio (of 48 square meters) with two double beds can sleep a family of 4 persons or even two couples ( two double beds in the same room) and offer a bathroom with a double douche. In case there is a small group of families or (friends) , can take the ground floor (all the 3 Studios) and the large yard with flowers and tables and chairs is only for them.
