We sail first to see Loggos and then to the beautiful Lakka, where we will stay for 2 hours for lunch and Some swimming. We continue on down the west coast of Paxos, exploring the wonderful blue caves and coastline until we reach Antipaxos, where we will anchor for one hour’s swimming, before we continue on to visit Gaios (the capital of Paxos island), where we will stay for one hour. Everyday, we depart from Parga at 10.00 and we sail to the beautiful island of Anti-Paxos where we stay for approximately one hours Swimming (at Voutoumi beach, the blue lagoon). The Boat will Anchor off the beach and you can swim from the boat. Then we cruise back to Paxos via the small blue Caves and arrive in Gaios (the capital of Paxos) about 12.30, so there is time for lunch and a look around before we leave Gaios at 16.00 and arrive back in Parga at 17.15.

4)SPECIAL BOAT TRIP (MINI CRUISE) TO THE ISLAND OF CORFU

Every Thursday, there is a boat trip to Corfu island, the most famous of the Ionian Islands The journey is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and you will have about five hours to discover Corfu. You have the possibility to visit the old Venetian town with the Venetian castle, the famous church of Agios Spyridonas, the palace of Austrian Queen (Sissy) and even the famous Achileion ( with it’s beautiful gardens) Departure from Parga at 08.30 and Departure from Corfu at 16.00 and arriving in Parga at 18.30.

1)NEKROMANTION-ZALONGO-GLIKI: EVERY FRIDAY

A day trip bus excursion to the oracle of the Nekromantion, Zalongo, and Gliki river. The cost of entrance to Nekromantion and Zalongo is included, all other costs are at the client’s expense. Departure from Parga at 09.00 and we visit Nekromantion, (The oracle of the dead) for 45 minutes. We then stop for a coffee and then we visit the famous monument of Zalongo for 45 minutes. After Zalongo we go to Gliki and we stop for lunch and we walk up and through the Acheron river or there is a chance for water sports (such as Canoeing, rafting and Horse riding), we will be back in Parga at about 17.15.

We use our magnificent sails on the homeward leg for a wonderful journey, giving you the feel of how it was to travel in the style of the ancient Greek hero Ulysses, on his epic 10 year voyage back to his Kingdom of Ithaka (believed by some archaeologists to have been the Island of Lefkas).

Built in the boatyards of Vliho on Lefkas (one of the few boatyards that still builds boats from wood, using traditional methods), the Odysseia is a replica of an authentic Greek War Galleon. She is one of the best known boats in the Ionian and is captained by Gerry and his crew. Lefkas is an unspoilt island rich in vegetation and wild life with crystal clear seas being the home of a well known population of dolphins and turtles - an early start often ensures that we meet the dolphins. Mariedo who is Gerry's French wife will introduce you to Greek traditions of hospitality, history, religion and way of life. Mariedo speaks English, Italian, French and Greek so you will be guaranteed a superb day out. Our cruise is a day of constant variety and we stay in the calm waters between Lefkas, Meganissi and the Greek Mainland.Mariedo will help you to experience and understand this traditional Greek Village in a way rarely seen as a tourist. If you just prefer to stay in the bay then there is good, safe swimming next to the welcoming tavernas. The day begins with a cruise to the MEGANISSI island, visiting the famous sea cave of Papanikolis (The local legend has it ,that the cave was used to hide a Greek submarine during the second World war). We next arrive at beautiful Spilia Bay on the north Coast of Meganissi. You have ample time here to walk up to the traditional hillside village of Spartohoti, with its narrow alleys, taverns and old olive pressing factory. You will take a break and relax into the peaceful local ambiance, enjoying a little refreshment at the traditional "cafenion". A beautiful un-spoilt beach is our next stop for three hours( crystal clear water, a perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling.
We provide you with all the equipment you need, including rings, umbrellas, masks, armbands and even fishing lines if you are quick enough to catch the cheeky Greek fish!!
If you are not lucky enough to catch your lunch, don't worry, the Captain and his crew will be cooking you a delicious barbeque lunch served with red and white wine and soft drinks - guaranteed to fill! We will stop for a swim off the famous Onassis island of Skorpios and you will learn the real story of Onassis and what he was like to work with. Gerry was the Engineer on his cruiser 'Christina' and knew him personally.

3)METEORA-ZAGORIA TWO DAYS EXCURSION (WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY)

Two days trip bus excursion to the famous Zagoria villages and Meteora .The price includes one Overnight with breakfast in the Hotel, entrances to the Monasteries and the Nunnery. All other cost will be at the expense of the client. Departure from Parga at 07.45.We have the first stop in Filipiada village to view the storks on the telegraph poles for 10 minutes. Then another stop in Terovo for sampling local cheese and milk pies. Through Ioannina we go to the most famous villa of Zagoria (Monodendri) and we spend two hours for lunch and visit the monastery of Profitilias. Then we drive to Meteora and we have an overnight in Kastraki. Evening free. Next morning after the breakfast we depart at 08.00 and we visit the monasteries of "Grand Meteora" for one hour and then we visit the monastery "Agios Stephanos" and stops at Agias Trias for 40 minutes. On the way back, we stop at Metsovo for lunch and to explore this nice village. We arrive back in Parga approximately 19.00.
