The
stone house, has been built in 2008 in the castle area of Parga ( a
quiet and traditional area) and constitutes an ideal solution for those
guests who wish to stay in a special and of high standards
accommodation. The stone house is only a few minutes walking distance
of the sandy beach of Valtos and of historical centre of Parga (a
small hill and a small down hill) and
can guarantee unforgettable and comfortable holidays.
The House dates from the 18th century. It has been renovated with the
same constructional materials with which it was built in the
beginning and it has also preserved its authentic traditional style.
Nowadays Epavli has many elements regarding its building
which can prove its antiquity.
The gardens are on the back side of the House and all guests have
access.
The big apartment ARCADE ( CAMARA
in Greek ) is a
luxurious apartment which consists of 60 square meters and can
accommodate 4 or 5 persons. It is decorated with modern pieces of
furniture and antiques of the last century which belong to the
owner. The
major materials which characterize this apartment are the stone and
the wood. Pale colors dominate this big apartment which consists of
a bedroom with an antique double bed , another separate bedroom with
a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, separate sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen and a
private
bathroom. This apartment also has air-conditioning, television ,safe
box and a big veranda. The apartment is overlooking the garden( which is
about 100 square meters) and is common to all the guests.
The MAISONETTE :The
Ruin (HALASMA in Greek) is called like this because part of the wall
was destroyed in the 18th century and for this reason the owner s
used this place to store oil , lime and to produce local soap. This
maisonette has been renovated according its original style of 18th
century ,it is 52 square meters and is made of iron ,wood ,and
stone. This maisonette can accommodate a family of 4 persons. The
kitchen/sitting room
which is situated on the ground floor can sleep 2 persons (2
separate beds) and the
bedroom which is situated in a wooden loft conversion can sleep also
2 persons ( one double bed). The maisonette offer a fully equipped kitchen, a private
bathroom, air-conditioning, safety box and television.
Flag Stone 1(PLAKERO 1 in Greek)
and Flag stone 2 (PLAKERO 2 in Greek),
are 2 large Studios
which have been named after the flag stones which were used by the
owners in the 18th century in order to construct the entrance of the
building. The 2 large Studios, used to be the 2 bedrooms
of the older children of the owner. Now, each large Studio consists of 28
square meters and offers a bedroom with a fully furnished kitchen
with nice decoration a private
bathroom, air-conditioning, safe box and television. Each large
Studio is comfortable and can sleep 2 persons. In case there
is a child, we can add an extra bed in the two Plakero
Studios.
