Description:

20 meters from Parga's Venetian Castle and on the steps leading up to it, you will find Vergos House.  The building, that dates from 1920, has a tiled roof and is of particular architectural interest, because of it's high facade and big window openings, reminding us of days gone by.   Also the area in which it is situated is Parga's historical centre.

The house, which has been very recently renovated with good taste and attention to detail, is decorated with themes from Parga's history. There are two apartments both  of which have convenient and spacious rooms (both  have lovely sea views).  The lower apartment (can sleep a maximum of 4 persons), has one separate bedroom, separate fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator and a spacious living room (with 2 single beds) and a large veranda leading off it, which has sea views and comfortable bamboo furniture.  The top apartment (can sleep a maximum of 5 persons), is the same as the lower, except it has a small narrow balcony leading off the living area, with sea views.  Both apartments have satellite TV, safe box, air conditioning, as well as large bathrooms with big baths, hair-dryer and washing machine.

At a distance of only 15 minutes from Valtos beach, 10 minutes from Kryoneri beach and only a couple of minutes from the harbour front and cafes, restaurants and shops, Vergos House makes the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
