The Detached fully furnished Villa ,is in the village of Margariti, in the region of Thesprotia.   It has been built in an olive grove of 432 square meters and combines mountain and marine tourism.

Villa is situated 18 kilometers away from Parga, 23 kilometers from Syvota, 27 kilometers from the Port of Igoumenitsa and 63 kilometers from Preveza airport (Aktio).

This Villa is a very comfortable villa for 2-4 persons and offers a private swimming pool with private parking place.   This villa consists of two bedrooms (one in the loft), one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a private bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen and a large living room with fire place. In the kitchen there are all the modern electric appliances. Villa also offers air-conditioning, television ,Hi-Fi stereo and Internet facilities.

To fill up your days, there are a lot of activities to do such as:

Visiting the springs of Acheron river (in Gliki) where you can go horse riding, Canoeing and Rafting.

It is also possible to go bird watching in Kalodiki place (Protected area-Natura 2000) and you can also visit Parga, Syvota, Preveza (Ancient Nikopolis), Amoudia village (Famous Nekromantion, the Oracle of the dead) and other interesting places nearby.
