Description:

This newly built (2003) luxury villa is situated in a very peaceful and quiet part of central Parga.   It is beautifully appointed, both inside and outside, with a patio/barbeque area,  with flowers and trees for dining and drinking 'al fresco'.   This accommodation is of a very high standard,  with each studio/apartment thoughtfully equipped and extremely well cared for by the resident owners.

There are four studios (45 square metres each) sleeping 2-4 persons each, with an open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining area, one double bed, one single bed and a canopy bed and a large bathroom.  Each studio has two balconies.

There is also one large penthouse apartment (75 square metres) on the 2ond floor, which can sleep up to 6 persons and has a very large verandah to the front with nice view. This apartment has two double bedrooms,  a separate kitchen (fully equipped) with an area for sitting and dining and with two extra beds. Also this big apartment has a large bathroom.

All the apartments have air-conditioning,  satellite television

hairdryers, safe boxes. Villa  has a small garden and also a Barbeque outside for use of the guests and it is highly recommended.

Owners are very friendly and also very helpful and  they will make you feel like your second home.
