Description:

This accommodation, built on 2002 in Valtos area in Parga with High standards offers a peaceful holiday to all guests who like the quiet of the scenery and also like walking in the countryside. Situated in a peaceful area and surrounded by gardens offers a family ambient.

Here are available several Studios for 2/3 persons and 3 large Family Apartments for 4 persons and all Studios and Apartments offer large balconies with mountain view and access to the gardens.

Each Studio offer a bedroom (with 2-3 beds) kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning,television,safe box and the Studios on first and second floor offer balconies and the Studios on ground floor offer large Verandas.

The other 3 large Apartments can sleep a family ( up to 4 persons) or even two couples and offer one separate bedroom (with two single beds ,can become also a double bed) and also there is a separate kitchen/living room with another two single beds. Each apartment offers as well, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and large balcony or Veranda. Each apartment is ideal for 4 persons and if there is a family of 2 adults and 3 children we can add an extra child bed.

Around the House there is a nice Garden with shrubs and flowers and also a private car parking.

Walking distance from beautiful Valtos beach is only ten minutes and from the centre of Parga is approximately 2 kilometers.
