This accommodation,  in Valtos area in Parga with High standards, offers a peaceful holiday to all guests who like the quiet of the scenery. For those guests they  like  walking in the countryside ,Valtos area is a perfect place to stay. This residence is Situated in a  peaceful area  and surrounded by large gardens with trees and flowers  offers a family ambient.

Here are  available several  Standard Studios for 2/3 persons  and  a few Standard  2 Bedroom  Apartments  for 4 persons (family of 4 or 2 couples).

Since 2013 The residence offers on the upper floor, as well, some  new built Superior Studios for 2/3 persons and a few Superior 2 bedroom apartments for 4 persons with Very High standards..

The Standard Studio offer a bedroom (with 2-3 beds) kitchenette, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and the Studios on first and second floor offer balconies  and the Studios on ground floor offer large  Verandas.

The Standard 2 Bedroom Apartment (On first of Ground floor) can sleep a family( up to  4  persons)  or even two couples  and offer one separate bedroom (with two single beds or a Double bed), a  separate  well kitchen/living room with another double bed in the corner. Each apartment offers as well, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and large balcony or Veranda.

The Superior Studio for 2/3 persons (With very High standards), situated on the upper floor offer a very nice and modern bedroom (with a double bed) and a well furnished kitchen , private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and the Studios on first and balcony with nice views to the Gardens.

The New Built Superior 2 Bedroom Apartment (With very High standards), on  Upper floor, can sleep a family ( up to  4  persons)  or even two couples  and offer one separate bedroom (with a Double bed), a  separate  well furnished  kitchen/living room with another double bed  or two single beds in the corner. Each apartment offers as well, private bathroom, air-conditioning, television, safe box and large balcony or Veranda.

Around  the  House there is a nice Garden with shrubs  and flowers and also a private car parking.

Walking distance from beautiful Valtos beach is only ten minutes and from the centre of Parga is approximately 1 and a half kilometer.

Prices includes the Breakfast, which is served in the nice gardens.
