This Villa, is situated in a very quiet position, near the traditional castle area, only 5 minutes away from the centre of Parga and from beautiful Valtos beach. It is well cared for, with a friendly atmosphere and all accommodation are well furnished. On the upper Top floor there is a spacious apartment of 90 square meters with 4 balconies around and with beautiful sea views overlooking Parga. It can sleep from 4 up to 6 persons. This large apartment consists of two separate bedrooms each with private bathroom), separate fully furnished kitchen and also a large living room with one or two extra beds, television, and air-conditioning and with 4 balconies overlooking Parga and the sea. Also next to this apartment and on the lower floor there are Studios for 2/3 persons which consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette a bathroom, air-conditioning and a private balcony with nice mountain view. On the ground floor, there is one brand new apartment, equipped to a high standard. It has two bedrooms (with one double bed in one bedroom and a semi double bed in the other separate bedroom), separate well furnished kitchen/living room (with the possibility for an extra sofa bed for a child) , a private bathroom and a lovely garden outside. This apartment, which can accommodate up to 4/5 persons, has television and air-conditioning, and is a perfect apartment for families with children. Adjoining this apartment there are also two studios, also equipped to a very high standard with bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom (both with Television and Air-conditioning) and these can accommodate 2/3 persons. The newly built apartment and the newly built two Studios offer a very large and beautiful garden. These apartments and Studios are highly recommended to all guests. They are recommended for their comfort, their tranquil position and most of them for their panoramic views of Parga. The owners are also very friendly and take good care of their accommodation. The accommodation offer also a common Barbeque for all guests.
