Description:

Villa Ula ,is a detached house only one Villa ,built in the beautiful castle area of Parga and in a very quiet and tranquil situation. It is an ideal Villa for guests who wish to spend their holidays independently and peacefully. Hardly 5 minutes walk from beautiful Valtos beach and also from the centre of Parga, Villa Ula consists of two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), a separate and well equipped kitchen, a separate well furnished lounge/living room, (with the possibility to sleep one or two persons) and two bathrooms. There is a large balcony facing the front with a beautiful mountain view and an area for eating outside. Another patio, filled with flowers and shrubs, leads up to the villa. Villa Ula is well equipped with air-conditioning, television and a washing-machine. The owners take great care to look after their property and their guests and there is daily cleaning (if required). The Villa can sleep from 4 up to 6 persons.
