Description:

This Villa ,is a detached house ,built in the beautiful castle area of Parga and in a very quiet and tranquil location. It is an ideal Villa for guests who wish to spend their holidays independently and peacefully. Hardly 5 minutes walk from beautiful Valtos beach and also a couple of minutes from the centre of Parga, Villa consists of two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), a separate and well equipped kitchen, a separate well furnished lounge/living room, (with the possibility to sleep one or two persons) and two bathrooms. There is a large balcony facing the front with a beautiful mountain view amd Views of Parga and an area for eating outside. Another patio (in the front of the Villa) ,filled with flowers and shrubs, leads up to the villa. Villa Ula is well equipped with air-conditioning, satellite television, TWO bathrooms and even a Washing-machine. The owners take great care to look after their property and their guests and there is daily cleaning (if required). The Villa can sleep from 4 up to 6 persons.
