Description:

This Villa ,is a detached house ,built in the beautiful castle area of Parga and in a very quiet and tranquil situation. It is an ideal Villa for guests who wish to spend their holidays independently and peacefully. Hardly 5 minutes walk from beautiful Valtos beach and also from the centre of Parga, Villa consists of two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), a separate and well equipped kitchen, a separate well furnished lounge/living room, (with the possibility to sleep one or two persons) and two bathrooms. There is a large balcony facing the front with a beautiful mountain view and an area for eating outside. Another patio, filled with flowers and shrubs, leads up to the villa. Villa Ula is well equipped with air-conditioning, satellite television and even a washing-machine. The owners take great care to look after their property and their guests and there is daily cleaning (if required). The Villa can sleep from 4 up to 6 persons.
